I don't like it.  Can I get a refund?

Currently, to keep costs low to our customers, all sales are final.  However, if you have any major issues, e-mail us and let's chat about it.

Why does my item not have tags on it to indicate it's new?

You have just received your piece of vintage goodness!  In most cases, your item is pre-loved and contains a piece of history.  We make sure to curate items that contain minimal flaws, if any.  Please read all descriptions carefully.  Being that most items are pre-loved, if there are any minor flaws, they will be noted in the description.

Where is the size guide?  How do I know if the item is my size?

There is no formal size guide as sizing has changed over the years.  For example, a Missy size 13/14 from 1991 may actually fit a Juniors size 9 in today's standards.  Be sure to read the description.  Measurements have been included in the description and estimated sizing as well.

How do I care for the item and since my item is "pre-loved" is it even clean?

All items have gone through the LLV Triple Inspection and have been cleaned for sanitary purposes.  You may however, feel the need to run it through your own personal wash.  Being that these items could be anywhere from 20 to 60 years, the original tags may no longer have visible material information or care instructions.  Using our vintage expertise, we include material information in the description box when known and may even include limited care instructions for those special, delicate items. 

Triple who??  What is the LLV Triple Inspection?

All items are inspected by LLV prior to acquiring.  Another inspection is done when items are sorted and uploaded to the site.  Just before being mailed out to our customer, items are inspected again for assurance of quality.  We want to make sure our customers are getting the best.

What payments do you accept?
